It should be made a national movement. Patriotism is not only showing greatness about the country in the minds and not only during some wars or natural disasters.. If we keep Cleanliness as a priority and as a sign of "Patriotism"... then everyone will get into this movement.

1. Educate all the literate people first which include office-goers and adult students, because these are the ones who can educate others. I have seen people who throw the tea plastic cups on road-side, even though a dustbin is placed at walking distance. Sill, they prefer to throw on road-side instead of taking little pain to put it in dustbin. 2. Bring in all the NGOs who want to come forward and let them educate people throw various street-shows. 3. Place dust-bins at all public places.

People will throw garbage in garbage bins sir, if they find any garbage bins. Should I walk few miles to look for garbage bin to throw? or should I throw it here on the road itself and leave?. What if I find garbage bin that is full? You allocate funds and don't ask what happens to them. Start allocating what you buy with those funds. Don't allocate money to buy garbage bins, just buy them and ship them! No corruption!

PM should do cleaning with his own hands for an hour a week under full publicity. This will enhance dignity of labour in the country. Also, it will help respectability of manual labour which is looked down upon now. Also, the quality and result of cleaning by PP should be publicised. This will encourage people to have pride in their work. Gandhiji's cleaning of toilets by his own hands had tremendous effect. It should be emulated, though in the present set up and context.

first thing which we have do towards clean india is that to change our public views. and it will not happen simply government will have to play a strict law if some one break the rule of clean india in which no one can throw anything at public place. second thing is government should provide garbage collector at each and every public place between 50 to 100 miters and they should provide well maintained toilet also. then only clean india process will be successful.

When I was a child, our MCC group was taken to clean the bus stand of the town. We cleaned it. But now I think, cleanliness is not a do-it-once action, we should keep it clean to make it clean. This can never be achieved without allocating some capital and using good machinery. And, we clean infrastructures, which we don't have. For cleaner roads, we need roads! Time to comprehensively ammend the constitution.
