Hi,
my feedback on death and birth registration system is that these entries should be done in concerned deptt. where the mother is admitted in r/o birth registration because at present a unit has been established to do this work in the hospitals but mostly patient's attendant goes to complete these formalities on registration counter and they usually face problems in telling correct add. or other related information about newborn, so the same work should be done on maternity units.

In respect to Birth and death registration system, I want to suggest that, the concept of compulsory registration is very good, but, birth certificate should be link wiht aadhar, so that, it will be available online at any time for verification, further, death registration should also be linked with Aadhar card, so that, the confirmation of death can be assured, and no misuse of duplicate aadhar in the name of other person can be used by any one, it will be more transperent and easy, best wishes

Whenever a death certificate issue from local office automatically this information should reach to PAN,Aadhar,Ration card,RTO ,Voter ID and passport offices to eliminate the name and no of expire person.
It should also reach to Bank and Tax Authority automatically.
