To be creative, scientists need background knowledge, which they gain by learning about past scientific work, talking to colleagues, and tapping their own experience.Psychologists, such as Feist, Gorman, and Simonton, concur that scientific creativity is shown in leaps of imagination that make unexpected associations. Davy's scientific discoveries may well have come from creative chaos, rather than a logical and linear process. But original thinking could be declining among students because of the growing emphasis on test-taking in schools. Scientists don't usually have a reputation for being very creative

INSPIRE PhD Fellowship applications were open for a month. Extended by 24 days. Why? To further delay the careers of genuine applicants? No, to only follow legacy practice. Extend hota hai har saal. This is about the 2021 call which was already delayed by a year, loss of an academic year. IISERs IISC are asking for provisional offer letters. Reply from DST it takes time. 60 days after closure of applications we don't control the Institutes and we can't help you. A concerted effort to defeat the very purpose of the scheme. Urgent action is needed to prevent loss of another academic year for the applicants. WAKE UP PLEASE

Government should try to reduce the cost of medical courses (both degree and diploma) in all institutions and keep it affordable so that students would not need to go abroad for their studies and can study within their own country.

Creativity is important in every aspect of life.Graduates unemployed at home may be asked through advertisement in newspaper by state govt. to participate in govt.oriented schemes, introduced by Prime Minister . To inculcate creativity in science graduates ,they must be involved in participation compulsory, giving some stipend, otherwise our youths will be dull and antisocial. It is our duty to help unemployed to be useful to society, till they are employed.
