Every year 27th September is celebrated as World Tourism Day. This year the theme of World Tourism Day is Tourism and Rural Development. Tourism helps rural communities hold onto ...
1-Beautification of the tourist site localised to an village. 2- Preparation of state wise tourist place website in a national tourist data centre. This will enhance.
1. Indian Tourism should have its own website which provides information on tourist places in india and their importance with images to attract attention of people.
2. Website should have facility to book for transport and accommodation.
3. Events should be conducted in tourist places like traditional dance programs, arts exhibition,
4. Bring awareness among the people by digital advertisement as well television advertisements.proper security system should be maintained in tourism places.
Rural tourism helps a rural area to develop. Rural areas can be developed by Setting up of more communication and Transport facilities.Railway lines can be built there. Rural areas should be given the same facilities that are given in Urban areas. More money to be spent on rural development.
Good Insfrasture, connectivity with urban areas, hygiene and good use of Information technologies such as tie up localites with Air BNB and homestays, preservance of culture and heritage, Developing tourism spots can help encourage tourism.
introduce online purchasing platform to sell, rural art crafts, foods, clothing lines etc, just like amazon flipkart etc. from which anyone in the world can purchase goods from any rural vendors in India. this can increase the incme of rural areas, rural tourism, better marketing etc
Villages heritage should be maintained, availability of old aged transportations like ekka cart, cow cart for entertainment tourists, natural resources should be increased, mud path, obviously railways or cheap transportation until minimum 5-10 km away from the starting point of village tourism spot. Availability village culture, food, water, electricity (except winter). Nearby temple is another attraction in village.
Indian Government should develop village cluster model, including every 10 villages should have unique marketing approach, mobile camping facilities and great transport facilities.
Attractive places like zoo, public musiums, unique architecture need to develop on every 10 villages.
Need to setup local culture experience centers, including local farm culture, local food cooking style, local music. If someone wants to learn local culture they can directly approach local culture
Kindly add Indian Railway as the main part of all India tourism, all near by railway station over railway line Hotels (like over bridge style and better to only use private companies to provide staffs) like a long railway line top Hotels which government not required to purchase lands, and nearby railway station all trains will pass slowly and will not make any security or damage coz of the vibration. This will help to access direct to the hotels and Indian railway can provide better price .
To develop tourism in villages what is important is pouring of funds and that should be done by the same villagers via contributions. They should arrange fairs, build certain facilities that could attract the local crowd from the local towns and this would ultimately yield to revenue gains. Also what needs to be envisaged by the people in the village is that these events do not cause environmental harm and to do that a simple way is the proper care taken by villagers and management for garbage,
