Tourism dept must start one contact center and portal where people who want to travel in india and who want to start tourism business of any sort can get all details under one roof. There is no umbrella organisation who can co-ordinate for all types tourism and in all states. Infact every taluka administartion must identify such locations and must help people who want to start tourim business.

Additional Facilities by 3 Star to 6 Star Hotels 1. All Hotels should provide a common room for Silent Meditation and prayers to all customer. Those who wish to do silet meditation and Namaj (Silent) can use it. 2. All Hotels must provide a basic Gymnasium for all customers so we will get more international bookings. 3. In India tourists require cars with Drivers. If all hotels provide drivers room common (like kerala) , more tourist will come and more drivers will get job. Amol Sonaikar

Central Govt. should fund poverty stricken-minerally rich state like ODISHA to explore the potential numerous tourist destinations and can extract huge unbelievable revenue through center-state partnership. Resources of State with dominance of tribal population and affected by step-motherly attitude of previous Central Govts., is too poor to build infrastructure for attracting tourists to this naturally gifted state with innumerable beautiful sites.

we should seriously discuss the implementation of single card(travel card) for all public transport all over the country(including in towns and villages) to travel in buses, trains and metros and other transport facility so that it will be easy to take tickets just by swiping and reducing long ques.It would be hassle free to travel anywhere in India by just recharging the travel card.

Here is a very good useful video may give you some idea. We should be serious about tourist improvement in all the states as it can contribute to a major part of state revenue. I can say in my state Odisha there are a lot beautiful places which need to be improved. The state govt. should take necessary action regarding communication, road, transportation, basic food and hospitality service availability at the tourist place along with safety.

Lot of countries have a concept of tax refund for tourist if they shop at registered and participating shops and stores. similar concept can be introduced in India. e.g http://www.iras.gov.sg/irashome/page04.aspx?id=10834. It can have certain upper limit to allow only genuine tourist, it can also keep tab of genuine tourist, visa restriction can be eased if their shopping habit shows as genuine tourist. It can be like CIBIL report for loan application.

because of bias, of first indian republic of 1950 against sanatan vaidic dharma, all ancient hindu religious places are neglected, get step motherly treatment, defamed and interfered. why govt boards for temples only and not for mosques/churches? board office bearers are engaged in all kinds of un-holy behavior and diversion of revenue to non-welfare activities. end this bias against hindu places. form rashtriya sanatan dharma sanrakshan parishad to work on PPP model for managing such places

12 ) finally for our tourism minister - what are his goals ? Do we get to see his score card ? I understand we are top 20 in terms of tourism receipts while we are in top 40 in terms of tourist arrivals . Do we have goals to be top 10 in terms of tourist receipts and top 20 in terms of tourist arrivals ?
