The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

Part 2 : /regionalism/linguistic/profession (hereinafter referred as segment) etc. Indian background : Today India is suffering from various vices specially in the the political arena which ultimately is breeding inefficiency and creating factionalism/regionalism and if this continued for another decade then it will ultimately lead in disintegration of India. Basis 20% of Minority/Dalit/Linguistic/Caste votes a candidate can win election. This factor forces a particular party to make target

Part-1 : Sustainable democracy for Integrated & Prosperous India Democracy : As described by US President Mr. Abraham Lincoln : It is Government "of the people, by the people, for the people". This can sustain if the elected person represents wishes of more than 50% of the franchise entitled people of that area or at-least 50% of the people who use their franchise (who casts the votes). To a great extent, this can eliminate problems related to favours being made/sought basis caste/religion

The real growth of our country can be achieved when even the farthest hamlet in the remote end is connected to the mainstream and every individual enjoys the benefit of the society. The villagers should be made to sincerely understand the uniqueness of democracy and the peoples' duty to carefully choose a good government which can deliver good democratic governance. People should be made aware of pseudo-secularists and vested interests who'll try to cheat people with cheap propaganda to win vote

We Celebrate Teachers Day . We Also need to understand the mind set of teacher . Teaching is one of the most challenging career option . It is our duty to respect and give due credit to teachers who is serving human kind. If you ask any parents what they want there child to be they will say doctor , engineer etc but they will never say I want my ward to be a teacher. Country needs passionate teacher and we need to motivate people to choose this profession which gives tremendous satisfaction.

As anti-ragging online portals are established, anti-corruption portals also need to be established and maintained to curb corruption at all levels of government.
