The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

sir,when we talk of women empowerment we need to start from zero.There is a corner which no one talks about e.i.the plight of women in BROTHELS..Neither our constitution nor our political brass talk about this...I see a hope in you because you think small things which makes big.At least some provisions for their children education so that they could be brought out of that hell..

Jai ho feel proud of india and the very administrations and its very politics servants.Sorry sir bt as i love my India and i cannot see it ruined like this.Sorry but sometimes i felt ashamed of our chosen or representing candidates from these areas or whole state. SORRY

i also want to know, Is this is the same scene of whole India?whenever i saw the condition of these canals i felt sad and ashamed when any tourist wandering those places.I cannot help as it i am a student staying faraway from my hometown.Many people throw house garbage in these canals as they donot prefer near by community dustbins which are hardly 30-50mt away.Someday i will take initiative when i got job but by that time,newsheadlines would strike where is the mountain of polybags in India.

Sir, i want to know that if cleaning of small and big canals also come under SAGY.If yes,please if you visit jammu next time then visit these sites.The main reason for overflooding of these canals in sept2014 if one noticed is piling of silt and polythene,which is as much as it came to the level of near by roads only some inches behind.I saw by myself people throwing polybags in the name of pooja samagri as if god stood on the end to catch it.Its been long time to election and no onesee it poor

आज कल भूमि अधिग्रहण बील के बारे में बहुत कुछ सुना और कहा जा रहा है .पर सच तो यही है की आज़ादी की इतने साल बाद इतने औधोगिक उन्नति के बाद भी किसान वही का वही है.आज कोई भी किसान अपने बेटे को किसान बनाना नहीं चाहता.सभी नौकरी या बिज़नस करवाना चाहते है.अगर आप इस बात को गंभीरता से नहीं लेते तो बड़ी समस्या है....किसानो को सही दाम नहीं मिलता.आप एक सिस्टम बना सकते है तो किसानो से सीधे और सही दाम पर उपज ख़रीदे और व्यपारियो को बेचे.व्यापारी सीधे किसान से न खरीद कर आप के बनाये संत्था से ही खरीद सके.

This is regarding the land acquisition bill. The bill should categorically force the States to part with the minimum compensation as decided by the Center (i.e. 4 times). The states should not be allowed to modify this by making their own rules, especially to reduce this compensation.

Dear Sir, A halpline number should be given to all local or nearby party plots/wedding halls so that after complition of any social fuction ,surplus food can be collected and can be used for poor or hungry people of that area.this will solve the problem of event orginizers of dumping the extra food and at the same time a holy work can be performed.

sir, proper monitoring is required for accomplishing this yojna. MPs should be made accountable and proper audit should be done for progress work done by MPs

Like Atal Bihari Bajpaiji a successful plan "PradhanMantri Gram Sadak Yojna" now it shold be elaborate like these village road should be connected with NH and Airport easily and for this ,should create new NH and Airports in all district cities In first we should develop airports in those district where already resources are available like in Raigarh Chhattisgarh is an industrial city and have a low level airport,it can convert to high level airport.By this economic growth will be jump.
