(continued) prime thrust for this rather than leasing mines in sensitive environmental zones. With global Warming threats CRZ shall be given new thought and thrust. Ecozones and biozones need to be planned. We have a rule for tree plantation for cutting trees for acquiring lands for development, but unless and until the development agency take care of live plantation, the projects shall not be allowed to progress further.

(Continued) are essential, like River beds shall be a no development zones and stringent measures shall be taken against river pollutions. Similarly for under ground water we have to follow zonations and level laws. Pressure of Residential projects are high but grrens buffers are compromised. NCR zone is specially an example for this. The pollution level is so high that it is choking. Mining is of course an economic segment, which have maximum tussle with environment, but technology shall be a

We need development and we cannot compromise on environment for this, so need a balance, Natural resources extraction, increasing agriculture production, Urbanization and industries take their toll on environment. But judicious plan can save. While taking up any projects or making landuse plans, environmental sensitivity mapping shall be done. Environmental zones need to be made. Technological views shall be taken for reducing harm to environment while we take up any project. Step by stepaction

But the residents are complaining we need not clean, if we cleaned, the KHB (where we are residing) authority people are shoot it a claim the money in the name of cleaning without out notice....so it is tug of war between two groups...i am not finding the solution for that. please help me.

Please start a campaign called "Plant a Tree" on the lines of Swachh Bharat from May 2015. This will enable green India. Also instill environment consciousness in people.

Sir my suggestions #! In this era of development—it is our duty to see taxpayers money is spent purposively and effectively without any siphoning off. Development agenda should have a watchdog as well at every level—village—district—municipal—every workable unit. If we can have taxpayer money accountability committees—(better name can be thought of)—which has 4 to 5 members—people who are common man—honest—simple lifestyle—to see that the money allotted is well spent—with regard to quality of
