Hello Govt of India should ban plastic polythene bags because they r nt biodegradable, harmful to animals & produce soil & water pollution. Instead of using plastic/polythene bags we can use paper bags or bags made of fabric like Khaadi. These carry bags manufacturing small units should be opened in each city & it should employ specialy abled persona or unemployed widows. So it will serve both the purpose of clean india as well as empowerment of underprivilleged people. Sir, My suggestions are: 1. Provision of adequate garbage bins at public places. 2. Wider involvement of media, like” Gandi Baat” of Aaj Tak. 3. Parents and teachers to imbibe habit of community cleaning to their children and students respectively. 4. Making of stringent law after provisioning of desired infrastructure at urban and rural area.

A lot of cases in the courts are fraudulent and not genuine. The govt should make it compulsory to file ID and address proofs of the person initiating a case. A lot of cases are filed on POA. For this also they must make it compulsory to submit the ID + add proof of both the POA giver and receiver. This will reduce a lot of cases. A lot people contempt court and get away with it so the Govt should make it compulsory to JAIL people for a day for those who file false affidavits. SCARE PEOPLE.
