FERA 1973 was replaced by FEMA, 1999 to provide for management of foreign exchange compared to regulation of foreign exchange. however, preventive detention law for FE regulation - COFEPOSA is still in force. This law has been misused in the past issuing detention orders against businessmen also merely on grounds of bureaucratic whims when even High Courts were seized of the matter. This law is quite abused for extortion purposes and needs to be repealed. Law under money laundering are quite ok.

Its a very good Initiative Sir...In fact it should have been done long back...Better late than Never!! :) My Suggestions would be -->firstly peeing on the road sides should be banned and termed as a punishable offence -->There should be strict laws to be amended in the Constitution of India for the support of this campaign --> there should be enough Dustbins to be placed so that people can use them for disposal. lets all take a pledge for a cleaner India in the coming years :)

There are many historical places which are popular among tourist but due to they come under Archaeological Survey of India( central govt), they are completely neglected by State govt as well as central govt. Their condition are degrading very fast. Janjira Fort, Alibaug, Maharashtra is such an example; many tourist visit this place but no govt involvment in maintaining it. If given under state government charge its environtal degradation can be curbed & it could attract foreign tourist also.

Honorable Sir Your speech on AIR was simply incredible . The ease with which you connect with the people is mind blowing . Certainly Mother India needed a son like you to complete her journey from developing to developed nation. I would like to draw your kind attention towards one burning issue . It is the use of tobacco and alcohol in our society . If keeping aside the revenue generated by these products plz impose a total ban on the tobacco and chocoholic products it would be a great

1. Places where there is heavy human traffic/movement (such as bus stops, railway stations, markets, parks, etc.) multiple garbage bins (appropriately sized) are place in full view and the location's care taker ensure that they are emptied in time before they overflow with garbage. 2. Place large garbage bins are placed at all cross roads / vantage points in all residential areas. Municipal care taker of the locality to ensure they are emptied before they overflow.
