The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

I feel it a combination of both. Parents of good students mostly discouraged by them to go in mining sector due to remote area and mafia control. Job in mining sector be planned just like oil sector with On/OFF duty pattern with extra incentive like hard duty/offshore. Mining area be under CCTV at different level where scope of illegal output be zero. Once muscle power is out, working atmosphere will improve. Once willing students with 1st or 2nd interest will come, things will improve.

Women who are not in government services should be part time employed in Basic School Education system, mostly as primary school teachers.

Dear Sir in my opinion quota system is the major problem is this issue. I would like to request you to please encourage the people according to their talent and skills, right from the time of KG class.So that we will be able to develop the skills according to their choice.Please try provide the resources to develop the skills. Quota system is the worst Idea to encourage any one.

Respected Sir, The main problem in developing the mining sector is basically the major disconnect in training of executive, engineers, supervisor, contractor and labor. we should follow holistic approach. The training programmes offered in degree/diploma/certificate programme or by sub-oriented training/apprenticeship or by on the job training should be centrally controlled and synchronize. The modernization of all related public sector is needed on top priority basis. Regards A R Dixit

AGA KHAN Trust apne NGO me Government ka paisa use karte hai. fir bhi muje LETTER PED pe likh ke diya hai ki VOH NGO RTI Me nahi aati. or ese AGA KHAN office ne muje mere PF ke balance ke bare me or use withdraw karne ki method nahi batai...... ab mera PF muje vapis milega ki nahi... JOB to dur ki bat hai. mere kate huve PF ke paise bhi aap muje nahi mil rahe..... BAKI PURA DESH ON LINE HO GYA HAI AAJ.. KOI HELP KARO. MERE JESE KITNE LOG HONGE ESE... AGA KHAN valo ne pareshan kiya....

AAP Googale pe mera nam likho "HASAMUKH" fir AGA KHAN esa likh ke enter lagao. fir dekho muje AGAKHAN valo ne kitna pareshan kiya.... yeh sab net pe online hai.... fir bhi yeh AGA KHAN VALE muje koi javab nahi dete. maine RTI me Rs. 20 bharke bhi apply kiya fir bhi agakhan vale ne javab nahi diya. government ka paisa use karte hai fir bhi kehte hai ki HUM RTI me nahi aate. Aaj hamare desh me esa sab chal raha hai..... Ab shayad hamare sri Nrendrabhai modi jo bade saman hai. vohi kuchh karenge.

जीस राजयमें दारूबंधी होती है वही पर बडी मात्रा में दारू बेचने का व्यापार होता है । पोलीसकी सर्तकता से दारू पकडा जाता है । दारू की बोटलो को ईकठा करके पोलीस द्वारा नष्ट किया जाता है । जो दारू नष्ट किया जाता है उन्की बडी किंमत होती है । आपसे मेरी बिनंती है कि दारूबंधी जहां पर है वहा पर पकडे जाने वाली दारू की बोटलो को कुछ ही दिनो में बोटलो को परमीशनवाली होटल में या जीस राजय में दारूबंधी नहीं है वहां पर बेचने से बडी रकम प्राप्त होगी । ईस ऱकम से कन्या शिक्षा/गरीब लोको के उत्थान के लिए काम में लिया जा
