The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Be reformed with Indian private sector to make partnership with foreign FDI to boost n smoothend d process. G20 summit gives opportunity for India to initiate bilateral dialogue with other countries for mutual trade meetings. It will provide opportunity for PM to visit these countries next time. At the same time Commerce ministry should start preparing the trade list / competitive list with these countries so that can be negotiated later. India should offer process innovation with skilldmanpower

G20 member summit is d collection of rich countries n big markets. They assemble in Aus to discuss growth, future market n slow down in EU. What India should look in this summit? An opportunity in terms of FDI in PPP mode and offering a huge market for manufacturing countries to reinvent the process with cheap labour. China has threatened d EU economy by mass production. If EU and world want growth then they must end hegemony of China and redistribute manufacturing with India. Indian PSU should

By class room training , a trainee becomes a good parrot & trainee doesnot get undersatanding .Orientation training with practical at jobs helps it to understand in better way. It is a general experience that things can be learned in 1/5 time with practicals than with bookish approach . only theoretical knowledge doesnot give complete understanding & confidence .

.I don't mean to say this things but its the fact that teachers in India are not well qualified or experienced(not every teacher i am talking about) to teach for higher studies like engineering or medical or any other branch. They just don't care about the child's knowledge or are they learning or not. So,i request to improvise such provisions in which good and qualified teachers should teach in higher education. After all good teachers of today will make great Indian youth minds of tomorrow.

Environmental problems are due to unlimited exploitation of nature by man which has disturbed the delicate ecological balance between the living and non-living components of the biosphere. Environmental pollution is another major problem.

For doing anything practically first we need to know what we are going to do in practical and to know that we should learn it in class. Class-room study gives us an idea of what we need to do and we are going to do. if we will have class-room ideas than we will face very less difficulty in understanding anything in practical work.:)

Skills in any sector should be done through praticals , den the class rrom degrre n certificate program .. n i would like to tell that itz high time that currently diploma n ITI sectors should be given pratical knowldge in all the sectors and theory should be reduced .. bcoz pratically implementing the given problem is entirely different from what we learn in class room
