IN THIS PROJECT GOVT CAN CONTROL QUALITY & PRICE IN THEIR HAND. THERE WILL BE NO INTERMEDIATOR IN THIS PROJECT. ALL RAW MATERIAL FOR MAKING LUBRICANTS IS SUPPLIED BY GOVT COMPANIES. SO NO NEED OF TENDERING. SAVING OF GOVT FUNDS WILL BE IN CRORE. IF PRINCIPALLY AGREED THAN WE CAN SEND THE DETAIL PROJECT.
