• ways to restrict trafficking of persons
• schemes for rehabilitation of survivors/rescued persons
• breaking nexus with the establishment wherever available
• way to optimize the victim compensation fund
• ways to boos greater access to the web portal on AHT (www.stophumantrafficking/mha.nic.in)
• Training & sensitization of police officers
• optimization of AHT Units preventing cross border trafficking

Make Aadhaar Card compulsory as much as possible for any transaction whether related to daily commutation, accommodation, billing, purchasing of gadgets or goods etc. Build a comprehensive online database of Anti-social elements who are involved in any kind of human trafficking to shame them publicly duly linked with their Aadhaar Card as well as extended families Aadhaar Card's as well. I hope a we will see a sharp fall in the cases.

Modenize Indian Police forces, train them like professionals, not cunning sarkari thullas. Tie-up with NYPD, City of London Police, etc. to modernize Indian Police forces. Do audit of all unregulated brothels. Check whether any illegal activities are happening there or not such as underage minors getting abused and forcibly detained, etc. and then take appropriate and swift legal action.

I MY VIEW IF GOVERNMENT PROMOTE CONTEST AMONG NGOS' AND GIVE THEM AWARD, CERTIFICATE , LEGAL SUPPORT TO THE BEST ACHIEVING NGO/SOCIETIES, THEN THERE WILL BE MUCH PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THIS FIELD AND TRAFFICKING CAN BE REDUCE AND PUBLIC AWARENESS CAN DEVELOP.

लडकीयों की तस्करी की मुख्य वजह हें सैक्स रेकेट , जितनी जल्द सरकार सैक्स रेकेट को खत्म करने में सफल होगी , उतनी अच्छी सफलता लडकीयों की तस्करी रोकने मे मिलेगी ।

विदेश मे आने ॰ जानेवाले बच्चो और युवान लडकीयों की पुख्ता माहिती प्राप्त करनी चाहिए , कई उनकी तस्करी तो नही हो रही उसकी जांच करनी चाहिए , खास करके नेपाल बोर्डर पर निगरानी रखनी चाहिए , क्योंकी नेपाल बोर्डर से आसानी से लोग भारत ॰ नेपाल में अवर ॰ जवर कर सकते है ।

बच्चो की तस्करी और कीडनेपिंग को रोकने के लिए भिख मांगनेवालो पर प्रतिबंध लगाना चाहिए , क्योंकी भिख मांगने पर प्रतिबंध होगा तो भिख मंगवाने के लिए होनेवाली बच्चो की कीडनेपिंग भी बंद होगी और धार्मिक स्थानो, प्रवास के स्थानो पर भिख मागनेवालो की वजह से विदेशी प्रवासीओ के मन में भारत की ईमेज को नुकसान पहोंचता हें वह बंद होगा और साथ मे जो लोग काम करने मे सक्श्म होने के बावजुद भी भिख मांगने में लग जाते हें , उन पर भी रोक लगेगी ।

बच्चो की तस्करी और कीडनेपिंग को रोकने के लिए सरकार को टीवी, रेडियो, अखबार जेसे न्युज के माध्यम द्रारा लोगो को बच्चो की सुरक्शा के बारे मे सतत जागरूत करना चाहीए । कीडनेपिंग हो गए बच्चो के फोटो, नाम के साथ देश मे न्युज देते रहना चाहिए , और लोगो को बच्चो के बारे मे जानकारी मिलने पर तुरंत पुलिस को माहिती देने की सुचना देनी चाहीए । जहा पे बच्चो के कीडनेपिंग के बनाव ज्यादा बनते हें , वहा पे खुफीयातंत्र के द्रारा निगरानी रखनी चाहिए ।

Assured food and social security is the key to stop human trafficking. The Human Resource Ministry or a new Union ministry may undertake this responsibility to take up the issue with all the State governments on priority. Appropriate legislations and national / state policy through peoples participation is needed to handle / fighting this problem.
