Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

We can develop a system where Hooters will start buzzing when ever train coming close to 1 km from unmanned LC gate.This can be develop indigenously. Project cost in RE section will be less as power source can be derive from OHE but in Non RE Solar System has to be used to harness energy, Plus Few KM cable and Train detection device is required. To make IR passengers friendly and transparent...1. All reserved Tickets should have detail of Platform No. on which train is arriving in normal schedule and circumstances. 2. I.V.R.S. system in every train compartment in Hindi (National Language), Regional Language, English Language before arrival of destination 10 minutes informing Platform on left / right side of train in traveling direction and duration of hault. 3. Platform Coach indicator must on before at least 10 minutes of train arrival

Dear Sir, My suggestion on Improve the work efficiency of TC. 1st Reduced the basic salary. 2nd Give the some % of total Collection on ticket fine and penalty+ any other Charges. So every TC working in good efficient. eg. Basic Salary 5000+ 10% on total Collection. following advantages. 1. Give him to best TC award so they work more efficient. 2. your Total Collection also increased. 3. You Know which TC (area) was fine and penalty Free than give him best station award 4. or etc.

एक्सिडेंट रोकने के लिया देश की बड़ी बड़ी कंपनी मानब रहित क्रासिंग को adopt के माध्यम से अपना प्रोडक्ट्स का प्रचार रेल इलाके पे करे पटरियो के किनारे,रेल के बी मालगाड़ी के डब्बे पे प्रचार करे एबम मनब्राहित रेल क्रासिंग की सुरक्छा खर्च करे।इसका फायदा रेल पे अतिरिक्त ब्यय नहीं पड़ेगा दूसरा प्रयोग मानब रहित क्रासिंग के पास छोटे छोटे अंडर पास बनाकर इसको रोक जा सकता है यह आर्थिक दृस्टि से कम खर्चीला होगा।तीसरा बिकल्पय निजी सिक्यूरिटी एजेंसी या भूतपुरब सैनिक संघटन को इसका दायित्यवा दिया जा सकता है?सब प्रयो

मेरा सुजाब भारतीय रेल से सम्बंधित अधिक सम्बेदन सील है।पहला सुजाब यह है ईश मुद्दे पे यदि आप जन भागीदारी को whathapp के माध्यम से जोड़ सकतै है।इसके लिए इसका नव जनहित मे जारी किया जाय।इसका ये होगा जनता के माध्यम से ईश no की द्वारा फ़ोटो वीडियो ग्राफी रेल परिसर मे हो रही गतिबिधि की जानकारी लगातार मिलती रहेगी।रेल के सफाई का कार्य,अबेध गतिबिधि,रेल पथ की जनता द्वारा अबैध गतिबिधि पे नजर।रही मानब रहित रेल क्रासिंग का सबाल इसको बड़ी बड़ी कंपनी adopt कर अपना प्रचार रेल परिसर मैं करे एबम क्रोसिंग का खर्च

Digital technology should help common man to book tickets using mobile phones. Should have alerts in calenders on availability of trains in selected or favorite routes. It is impossible to get tickets for two months in busy routes then number of trains or tracks should be increased to serve public at large. Everyone can't afford flights, bus is not options in long routes. Cancellation charge should be extremely high to avoid or discourage 'tentative' trips.

While traveling in train 12610 on 27Jan 2015 I {PNR 4204402266 and another 4204402266 were allotted 39 and 37 respectively in C2 both marked as WS. Will the computer commit such errors?

1.Lists of unmanned level crossings could be given to Drivers and ask them to give long whistles much before approaching crossings. 2.Is it possible to fix sensors and gates and arrange to close the gates when train approaches? {I do not know the feasibility}, 3.Big boards to be fixed near the crossings warning drivers to stop and proceed after ensuring safety.
