Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

Dear Leader, Good Evening I m here to expressing my views about Indian railway system not suggesting anybody the system want by the general public is to maintain dignity(silence) and public wants to get it faster as they want both are opposite, so decision should be taken in that way by which Railway system get priorities. I only request to the Rail Minister to Provide good communication Skill to department and allot strictly power to take necessary action on time. space issue soory contd.....

Dear PM Sir mujhe english padhni aati h par bolni nahi. main yah kahna chahta chahta rail me 2 aage 2 piche journal k dibbe hote hai inko badha k 4 4 kar diye jaye to kaisa rahe qki maine dekha h kai traino ko jinme reservation hota hai wo khali chali jati hai but aapko journal ki koi train khali nhi milti aisa q . aap to jante hai bharat me kitni garibi hai to fir garibo k sath hi aisa q. unko b aaram se jane ka mauka milna chahiye na bhed bakriyo ki tarah. soch badlegi to desh badlega ok sir

adarniya modi ji , Indian railway extra few lakh crore every year earn kar sakti hai . 1. india me few lakh trains daily chalti hai , agar in train me delhi metro ki tarah promotional advertisement shuru kiya jaaye insde and out side both . 2. india me sabhi plateforms per 4-5 glow sign board for small city to 100 -500 glow sign in big city advertisement ke liye lagaaye jaaye benefit 1. revenue earning upto few lakh crore. 2. 1 lakh regional industry can become pan india industry

i want to put my suggestion to make every journey for every citizen very comfortable. first of all increase all trains frequency as much as possible. Also provide all facilities like clean toilets and mobiles charger port for every seats are preferable. Besides of this securities for luggage and for every passenger to tighten.

प्रधानमंत्रीजी हमारे देश मे लोगो को जनरल बोगी मे बैठने की जगह भी नही मिलती इसका प्रमुख कारण ट्रेन कम होना नही बल्कि जनरल बोगिया कम होना हे तथा बोगियो मे फेली अव्यवस्था हे हमारे देश मे अभी भी अंग्रेज़ो के स्टाइल वाली जनरल बोगिया चल रही हे इन मे सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत किसी यात्री की कोई फिक्स सीट नही होती हे . इन बोगीयो को बंद करके जनशताब्दी एक्सप्रेस वाली बोगिया हर ट्रेन मे लगानी चाहिए इससे हर यात्री को अपनी एक सीट मिल सकेगी . हर यात्री अपनी एक सीट पर बेतकर यात्रा कर सकेगा. और हमे एक एसी व्यवस्था स्थापित करनी चाहिए जिससे करेंट आरक्षण मिल सके इन बोगियो का. >less...lease

i have an idea to make it more better by starting a system like "pre booking open,order and payment system". i am explaining this here by exaple : i need to book ticket of dated 14/06/2015 as on dated 14/02/2015 but as per railway rules i cant book ticket above 60 days.i expect that rule and want to leave a pre-order to railway for book my ticket automaticly as ticket for That date opened.
