The Department of Consumer Affairs organized a Tagline Contest for the National Consumer Helpline and a Quiz Competition on Consumer Protection Act on ‘MyGov portal’ in January, 2020. The quiz was intended to raise awareness of the rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act and also to make them aware that they can contact National Consumer Helpline for redressal of their grievances 24X7. The competitions received an overwhelming response with over 43000 participants.

The Farmers First Quiz, an initiative by the Union Government was hosted by MyGov on the MyGov platform for the period 21st December 2020 till 31st January 2021. The contest recorded sizable participation of 1,00,451 during the period. The quiz aimed to create awareness among people across the Country regarding farming, agricultural practices, new reforms and myths/ facts related to policies. It also aimed to engage, excite and enable citizens to improve their knowledge about the agrarian economy and how the Indian agriculture sector has transformed over the years.
