Hello sir, We are extremely upset with the recent judgement of honarable SC. it's totally unfair with us. Over 2 million student's career is in danger with this decision. We never expected that this could happen with us. This decision has broken us. We pursued Bachelor of Education in hope to become teachers and fulfill our dreams. We talk about equality in every field then why this inequality with us. SC's decision has made us feel like useless. Our last and only hope is YOU, sir. Please Sir do something for us. We see that only an Ordinance in our favour can help us that's why we are demanding for an ordinance to include B.Ed. in PRT. Please sir please🙏🙏

Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir, To remove the decade old discrimination and injustice with OBC Category in J&K, OBC Reservation should be implemented in J&K on the lines as provided in other States eg. to the Castes or classes as recommended by the Mandal Commission in terms of Article 15(4) and 15(4) of the Constitution. Article 370 time previous J&K Govts have adopted 27% OBC reservation but provided only 2% to OBCs under Social Caste, which stopped all other facilities affiliated to OBC reservation including the Union Govt orders on Creamy layer. 23% reservation was provided to Area based reservation RBA and ALC, redefining the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes in violation of Article 15 & 16 of the constitution. Therefore it is appeal to the Hon'ble PM that all unconstitutional categories RBA, ALC ans Social Caste created by Sheikh and Farooq Govts during 1981 and 1996 be abolished and only OBC reservation is implemented in J&K. Military Stations are being carved by Strangling Squeezing Peeling small townships of Cantonments instead of establishing Military Stations on abandoned vast Farmlands & Military Farms for example 600 acres in Bir Sarangwal near Jalandhar Cantt in Punjab and 1100 acres in Bir Dhenturi near Kurukshetra/Ambala in Haryana etc. Owls are hawling and Flying Bats are haunting in Millitary Farms inside Cantonments since March 2021 which may be auctioned to Civlilans
