Krushi Kalyan cess of 0.5 % is welcome. Earlier there have been education cess on income tax. I would like to know if there is any mechanism to track and display the spending from this income segment for particular cause. For example, MOP of GOI has taken initiative to display the progress of electrification of villages along with targets and achievement. If such mechanism is put in place then it will create credibility of government spending and accountability to concerned department.

Skill Development is the answer to unemployment, but people are not voluntarily paying and joining skill training as job eligibility dont specify requirement for skill certificates.Several lakhs appear for entrance exams coaching for Govt/ bank/insurance/railways/psu etc. In the job entrance exams they are not examined on skills rather on General knowledge, maths, english etc. Please examine persons on skills like banking subjects for bank jobs ,to convert coaching centres to skill centres

(01)Please tax rich agriculturists say earning 10-50 lakhs a year?
(02)If I pay tax in EU I get free & easily available health care, free pension, big parks, cleanliness but in INDIA none is available.Instead of doing ur job u put responsibility on taxpayer in name of swacchbharat or such schemes(of health)to no avail
(03)High Food inflation,HIGH CPI,Depreciating INR prove ur failures.U need to increase interest rates instead u kill poor & middle class to benefit rich & corporates

We note Ministry of Skill Development has requested all ministries to amend the service rules to give preference to skill certified personnel in Jobs. Can we fast track this and make it mandatory for all Central government/PSU/Bank/Insurance/Semi-Govt jobs from lowest to highest cadre to specify skill certification requirement for each job, rather than specifying 10th/12/Degree/PG Pass unless this is done students are more interested in attending coaching classes rather than join skill training

It is highly shameful that you have launched VDIS scheme. It means that people should do away with their sins of corruption by paying 45% taxes. Again they should start corruption in full fledged then again government like you will launch VDIS scheme after 5-7 years.
There is no scope for Truth or Hard work.
I strongly condemn about the VDIS scheme. You are encouraging corruption more.

Start-ups - a positive step. With start-up technologies, business all over the World is possible, sitting in India.
Then we go for POEM?? How sad. Purpose is defeated. Sitting in India, one can open organisations all over the world and run them efficiently with staff posted there and guidance from India by the present day communication methods. POEM encourages such an Indian to become a NRI and shift from India rather than operating from India. Who wants to work on the whims of an IT officer?

Sir, it is not a good idea to impose tax on PF or PF interest. Not sure who has given you this idea. please think once again.

There is a need for funds for the Govt. The IT law provides for capital gains tax on immovable properties which are not easy to implement leaving it open. Why not introduce a one time TDS which will be based on the consideration paid/ payable with no further quantification or relief. the Govt can more than Rs 10000 crores and save on issue of refunds. A rebate of 1% can be provided for investment in capital gains bonds scheme. Conversion of agricultural land to other purposes could be taxed.
