Dear Prime Minister Saheb, as I had written to you few years back that INDIA needs a Cloud seeding technology to be implemented during the rainy season for good rains. Unfortunately no further steps are being seen taken by the government. This Rainy season Maharashtra and Karnataka are facing serious drought. 298/355 talukas of Maharashtra had no rains since last 50 days. The Kharip crops have dried up leaving no hope for the farmers. This will lead to robberies, thefts, highway looting and migration of labour to the cities. If we had this cloud seeding earlier it would have helped by generating more rains to save the crops of the farmers. Secondly Can the government give ten thousand rupees to each farmer family for the next 6 months till the next crop is harvested as a monetary booster for all the drought prone region. The Life stock maintain is equally important for them as no green fodder available due to the drought.

हेमंत पाडेकर: 9029665777 प्रमाण व लिंक्स: AIR इंटरव्यू: youtu.be/bkZNbVVOrUE श्रमदान वीडियो: youtu.be/QIuM7q-AYWo 41 फोटो व दस्तावेज: drive.google.com/drive/folders/15sYxZwifi-d-3-TfCSApjTySydUjC1Qt

Whenever there is major public agitation against a govt decision, the role of private training/coaching institutes should also be examined. In India, there appears to be limited regulation over such institutes, despite their large-scale operations. A single batch may have 500–600 candidates, with each candidate paying around ₹10K–₹15K or more. With multiple batches and centres operating throughout the year, the overall business involves substantial amounts of money. Any government policy affecting recruitment or competitive examinations can therefore directly affect their income & interests. The Agniveer recruitment protests in Hyderabad, including the attack and destruction at Secunderabad Railway Station, were widely reported by newspapers & highlight the need to examine all contributing factors behind such large-scale mobilisations. Appropriate regulation, transparency & monitoring of training institutes may help ensure that public protests are not influenced by commercial interests

Charges on UPI may ultimately burden consumers. For example, if a patient urgently pays ₹3,000 for a hospital test, the hospital may not separately disclose 0.4% MDR but simply increase the test price, passing the cost to the consumer. Such charges may encourage people to withdraw money and prefer cash, defeating the objective of promoting digital payments. At present, UPI keep substantial funds within the banking system, enabling banks to lend and support economic activity. If people start holding more cash to avoid charges, deposits & funds available for lending may reduce at banks. The nature of services should also be considered: essential services like healthcare, education and basic necessities, household & should not be treated like luxury spending. Further, ₹1 lakh monthly turnover is not ₹1 lakh income; turnover can be much higher than actual earnings. Hence, the proposed charges & limits should be reconsidered to avoid burdening consumers and discouraging UPI

Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji,I am writing to share a proposal for an upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat focusing on the immense potential of modernizing India’s silk sector—specifically through the industrial revolution of silk reeling units and silk merchants across rural and semi-urban clusters.India holds a proud position as the world's second-largest silk producer, yet much of our traditional reelers and merchants face hurdles due to outdated technology, inconsistent silk quality, and lack of modern infrastructure. Modernizing this traditional sector can drive a green industrial transformation at the grassroots level.Key Points for Discussion:Next-Gen Silk Reeling (Industry 4.0 in Sericulture):Transitioning traditional reelers from manual or semi-automatic methods to high-efficiency Automatic Reeling Machines (ARMs) and multi-end silk filature units.
