      The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens to share constructive suggestions to enhance its functioning, transparency, and efficiency. This initiative aims to gather innovative ideas and practical inputs to strengthen enforcement mechanisms, improve service delivery, and adopt citizen-centric approaches. Participants are encouraged to contribute thoughtful recommendations that can support the Directorate in addressing emerging challenges and further strengthening financial integrity and accountability.

      The ED needs to step up its efforts to instill fear; it should establish an online presence to share videos of the punishments handed down in recent cases, and circulate details of the consequences faced by offenders widely enough to strike fear into the public.

      ई डी एक वित्तीय जांच एजेंसी है जो मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग और काले धन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करती है। मैं इसके लिए कुछ सुझाव देना चाहता हूं। 1 मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग और अन्य अवैध धन की तस्करी के लिए विशेष रूप से एक विशेष थाना खोला जाना चाहिए। 2 त्वरित सुनवाई के लिए एक विशेष अदालत खोली जानी चाहिए। 3 ई डी एजेंसी को विशेष शक्ति दी जाएगी। 4 उचित प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए एक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र स्थापित किया जाएगा। 5 ई डी को वित्तीय नीति के रूप में घोषित किया जाना चाहिए।

      Dear Sir/Madam, Efforts of ED are commendable to control black money circulation in our Nation. People find many ways to route black money and property is one such way to hide black money. Attached paper was submitted to GOI in 2017 to control NPAs in Banking system. I again emphasis on point no. 1 of attached paper wherein in it was advised to use registered value of land while considering value of properties. If implemented, people will stop putting their black money in properties.

      Dear sir, the ED is an excellent instrument to scrutinize the un accounted money.ED must have more power especially to cross check with what political minister do scam the project further they have money.if any improper earn of money ED should fully recover and credit in to public accounts.thanks

      करने की छूट दी जाय अभी के नियम के हिसाब से खेती की भूमि खरीदने के लिए जो भारतीय विदेश में रहते ह उन्हें पहले भारत में ६ महीने रहना जरूरी ह फिर वो ख़रीद सकता ह, ये नियम अव्यवहारिक ह क्योकि अगर कोई ६ महीने विदेश से आकर भारत में रहेगा तो उसकी नौकरी और वीजा दोनों खत्म हो जाएँगे,इसी डर के कारण लोग विदेशों में पैसा सेव करते ह और लास्ट में विदेश में ही सेटल हो जाते ह अगर ६ महीने वाला नियम हटा दिया जाय तो हर नागरिक विदेशी मुद्रा भारत में भेजेगा

      जांच एजेंसी है। मैं इसके लिए कुछ सुझाव देना चाहता हूं। 1. सभी प्रकार के मामलों के लिए जांच का समय निर्धारित किया जाना चाहिए। 2 मामलों की त्वरित सुनवाई के लिए आपातकालीन न्यायालय की स्थापना की जानी चाहिए। 3 जिम्मेदारी जांच अधिकारी पर तय की जानी चाहिए। 4 देश के सभी जिलों में त्वरित जांच के लिए आपातकालीन थाने खोले जाने चाहिए। 5 पुख्ता सबूत जुटाने के लिए वैज्ञानिक और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक साक्ष्य एकत्र किए जाने चाहिए।
