Let the DARPG has to issue clarifications on the difference between GRIEVANCE and the ALLEGATIONS which is sometimes found anonymous, false, baseless or may sometimes require investigation which falls under the purview of Vigilance.
A National Level Seminar may be organized by the DARPG where a booklet may be issued to all Grievance Redressal Officer having clarifications on various issues to deal with grievance or complaint in a time bound manner.

Suggestion from the Corporation/Institution point of view: Sometimes few people using it in the name of others by filing an allegation to someone who is holding any office of the Central Or State Govt merely by putting false claims which is more or less of baseless allegations and sometimes it is noticed that those matters needed further investigations who are filing as a WHISTLE BLOWER. DARPG may issue clarification to all in this regard while disposing off such grievances.
