About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

महोदय, 

लोकतंत्र में आम नागरिकों को संवेधानिक प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत प्राप्त मौलिक अधिकारों में सूचना प्राप्त करने और अपनी शिकायत का समाधान निश्चित समयावधि में प्राप्त करने का अधिकार प्राप्त है किन्तु बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में ग्राहक शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली की जांच सम्बंधित मेरी पंजीकृत शिकायत पर त्वरित एवम् सार्थक कार्यवाही करने के स्थान पर प्रधान कार्यालय द्वारा  विषय को अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों को ही समाधान हेतु भिजवाया  जा रहा जोकि निश्चित ही प्रतिस्थापित नियमों के विरुद्ध है और सता के दुरुपयोग हैं ।

Government should make it compulsory to teach Moral Science subject in all the school. Morality should go in the blood of the younger lot so that there are fewer cases of grievances later when they grow up. Photos of corrupt people should be put in the media.

Every department should have a very siple way of registering the grievances. if possible an app on mobile phone should be provided. Public servants should TALK POLITELY and NOT THREATEN the people. Authorities generally talk very rudely to the poor and uneducated people. there should be helplines for the farmers. Corruption should be checked in the farming sector. Patwaris should not harass the farmers. They are the ones who don't work without bribe money.

GST: We are always in fear that there should not be any fault in compliance of GST.
Government companies behaving like it doesn't apply to them. I am small employee of a privately owned company and handling the GST. While talking about GST with any Government Organisation i felt that it worthless to talk about that.Sir if you can't follow your laws, how could you expect from others.GST difficulties will lesser if your organisation will start follow and learn to people who are associated wit them

Dear sir. The pension fund which deducted along with pf while working in pvt firms not updated online for the previous companies where we worked more than 10years and not withdrawn pension funds or not obtained certificate. Such grievances for streamlining finance of individual has to be lodged such options should b there on CPGRAMS for general suggestions and montotoring. There should be a instructions to all pf depts to update online our pension funds lying with them.

Pune Cantonment board collection is black manny please inquiry. This is big problem in the pune city. Please close the Cantonment tax collection. All the pune public this Cantonment board tax issue agenst. Most of the commartiol car tourist cab, pasanjer car, public transport. Please stop this Cantonment board tax. Thank you sir
