About CPGRAMS ...
CPGRAMS immersed as widespread public grievance handler in recent years. it has built good governance scenario among citizens. More efforts can be added to faster and effective functioning of it.
Create app or u can have same coomemt session for purpose , create ministry wise redressal system , create issue based redressal system
Public grieveiance systems can be successful only if all govt departments are synchronised and only if concerns raised have a proper reply channel and not just merely statements like what has been happening under RTI previously .
Greiviance redressal has to be just and clearly explained to the person raising the greiviance and the person must be satisfied . There has to be action taken against officers who are with purposeful intent not providing the necessary resolution to the problem .
In all department corruption can be ligslized by proper transparent system
Please privatize all the Public Sector Organisations of HPCL, BPCL, IOCL etc because since huge corruption prevails and in this Public Sector Organisations with regards to complaint on CPGRAM It becomes usless As culprits find all sorts of silly reasons and thereby escape from corruption charges
It is decent way for Public Grievance and government related problems but it's slow as per the aspect and expectations just like if we are facing some serious problem and wishing for relief in very less time thn CPGRAMS wouldn't gonna help thm in no time. And the in-charge of the department of CPGRAMS should also talk to victim or complainer about the problem and find him relief so the complainer feels satisfied.

Grievance redressal is an important aspect of governance, because many times the suggestion come from ground level (those are users).But alas the portal do not use this important feature effectively. The reasons are simply the officers are never equipped and enthusiast to try some new ideas (panorama)
