1.To mark 150 years of Vande Mataram, plant and nurture 150 crore native trees in the next five years through Gram Panchayats. **India’s Education Reform Must Begin Before the Examination Hall** Education reform cannot be limited to preventing paper leaks or changing examination technology; it must address the entire learning ecosystem from primary education to high-school assessment. Students need stronger conceptual foundations, better textbooks, reduced dependence on rote learning, more balanced assessment, quality public schools and greater attention to foundational development. At the same time, sustained public investment is necessary to build institutions and infrastructure capable of producing the human capital required by a developed India.
