yes I agree with the title.
YOUTH ARE NOT USELESS THEY ARE USEDLESS.
the scientific temper and skilling training is must for our youth but mostly the youth only understand this after completing the course in college. hence specialist skilling digital course through their alma mater for the pass out youth ( 3 years). may be organised. duration of the course may be 2 or 3 weeks. the participation of these youth will be more and easy to reach out through colleges.

Prime Minister thank you for making digital India
nice
The government should change the recruitment process
for example the post recruitment should be as per the requirement of the skills , like if govt. is recruiting a person for RTO computer work then he/she must be fast in typing recruit only those who have speed at least 50 WPM in typing and fair English and regional language command that's it... it doesn't matter whether she knows about Indus Valley Civilization or not
Private companies should focus more on skills rather than just separating applications just on the basis of passout institutions
Educational Reforms are in need of an hour the 10th standard passed kid must know how to do basic plumbing work, electric work, etc. , students should be a master of Xcell and PowerPoint till 10th , Basic knowledge of Banking, and financial institutions should be given to each student in a practical way like picnic just a visit will serve the purpose
swimming,UC maths, Fast typing, MS office... every Indian should be capable of doing.
Small Steps , Small skills and Big Growth for Sure
In India If one really has at least basic skills then one can't be unemployed.
Business, startups, employers are asking for very basic skills from you.
For Example Mechanical Engineering Software like Solidworks or etabs any deploma student can learn within 1 month and can earn 15-20000 easily,
If you know how to operate a total station a civil engineering survey machine... you can get a job worth 15k a month, If you know Microsoft Excel trust me you can earn 15-20k minimum per month, you have speed to 50WPM in typing you can outsource a work from even an international market etc.
We do not require To be an expert, just check what the requirements are in the job and train yourself accordingly... do restaurant/delivery boy or any job for a year or two while studying, purchase a training course in the last year and search for the job or do freelancing work then after ... basic knowledge of tools, machine, software, computer operating
