A massive change in the Income Tax structure is required. (The limit should be raised to 50-60 lacs/annum). The rate should be kept as high as 40-45% No IT below that limit). Focus must be given on Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR). All luxurious items must be made more costlier. Duty on Raw material imports from other countries must be doubled. MSMEs must be given more focus for the success of Make In India. Special laverages for Startup India. #UnionBudget

There is a common practice of donation in our culture. We can ask ex-students and citizens to donate some money to primary schools. From that donations, schools can upgrade drinking eater facility, wash rooms, labs ,library, etc..
Also give some control over school as the standard of government school is lowering down .

Agriculture: Most of the Marginal Lands using drip irrigation methods like in Kutch Gujarat should be give additional 5 % subsidy if they raise trees around there farm land. the government should also bear the total cost of such additional land area covered under drip irrigation around the farmers area it may be revenue land or marginal land or forest land which is denuded. this will encourage the farmers to grow more trees and increase precipitation in the region

Tax structure should not be premised on public sector tax structure. Things like HRA, DA and LTA dont exist in private sector which only works on CTC. HRA , DA etc are back calculated to fit tax rules.

Dear Modiji,

Rich become Richer Poor become poorer
Union Budget is concerned on all the Aspects like Transport and Railways,Education,De fence ,Agriculture,Research and Telecom Sectors etc.But still the poverty exists. What are the missing Aspects?
- We could see most of the people on roadside(Beggars,Daily wagers etc) living in vulnerable conditions - If Budget is properly utilized in housing/livelihood for poor , why is it so quandary to have such kind of situation in our country.
