Electronic cash registers should be made compulsory for all small and medium registered business establishments .These registers be connected through internet to a central monitoring system. It will prevent tax evasion and at the same time revenue will increase.Since States also have sales tax, they have to agree to this new method of tax monitoring.

In MyGov.in or any other such website should display the works running in the country. There should be access to people to see which works are sanctioned and what is progress of them and what will be the expenditure for particular work. People can access the details by area wise and website should also provide the payment details. The details of the contractor(s) who are responsible for the on going work and their contact details, so that if any problem occurs, may be a chance to inform them.

Every government organization (state or central) should have a website where all the activities done by them is shown and real time expenditure status is shown. For example on the PWD site one should be able to see the following information about a road repair project:
1. Start date of project
2. End date of project
3. Cost of the project
4. Details of the contractor
5. When were the last repairs done and what was the cost
and so on. This will bring transparency into the system.

All government institutions should have an ERP system which will manage:
1. Leaves of the employees
2. Allowances like TA, DA, etc.
3. All purchase related issues
4. Expenses
This system should also show real time how much money has come in and how much has been spent and on what things. This will induce a great deal of transparency in the system.

introduce 'SERVICE BENEFIT REGULATION MACHINE' in all government offices, in which all large number of service benefits, like TA, DA, LTC, Tution fees, which are not linked to the approval by supervisors can be placed under a ATM like system. this will facilitate employees and release several lakhs of babus for socially and nationally useful work. Honble PM has already introduced aadhar linked biometric attendance watch of all babus, from secretary to the peon. this shouls also be done now

Containerisation revolutionised shipping in last 60years.Started in 1951 and now 90% of non bulk cargo transported in containers.
Similarly the cheapest surface transport is by rails (after water transportation). If we make a network of rail(monorail) above ground level which will be auto operated carrying potable containers(say 100kg capacity,1X0.5x0.5) through out India, Then the transportation between village and cities can be cheaper & the no of middlemen in the supply chain will reduce. Tks
