ED की कार्यप्रणाली में सुधार हेतु सुझाव:
प्रोत्साहन: यदि किसी मुखबिर की सूचना पर सरकारी कोष में रिकवरी होती है, तो उसे वसूल की गई राशि का 5-10% रिवॉर्ड मिले। इससे नागरिकों का मनोबल बढ़ेगा।
जवाबदेही: हर शिकायत पर स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा गोपनीय रिस्पांस दिया जाए। यदि कार्रवाई संभव न हो, तो कारण स्पष्ट करें ताकि अगली बार शिकायतकर्ता उस बात का ध्यान रखे।
सुरक्षा: मुखबिरों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना विभाग की जिम्मेदारी हो, न कि केवल सूचना लेना। उनकी निरंतर निगरानी और सुरक्षा के लिए विशेष प्रोटोकॉल बने।

Public trust in the ED depends on fairness and political neutrality. Many citizens feel investigations become aggressive against opposition leaders, but slow down after political alliances change. Even this perception damages institutional credibility. The ED should ensure equal action regardless of political affiliation, publish transparent case updates, and focus on major financial crimes affecting ordinary citizens. A strong agency must serve the Constitution, not political convenience.

Namaste sir बस मैं इतना चाहती हूं कि जो मेरा पैसा फराड से किसी ने ले लिया है और cybercrime police station वाले भी कुछ नहीं कर रहें हैं उनके पास पैसा आया है लेकिन वो मेरा पैसा मुझे नहीं दें रहें हैं वो बस हमें, मुझे दें दें और मुझे कुछ नहीं चाहिए उनसे बस वो यह कहते हैं कि जिनका पैसा hold पे होगा उनको मिलेगा लेकिन भगवान करें कि किसी की तो दुआ कुबूल हों पैसा मेरा hold पे हैं या नहीं लेकिन police वाले ,court मेरा पैसा मुझे जरूर ज़रूर ज़रूर ज़रूर ज़रूर दिलवा दें इतनी पूजा करवाई है कुछ तो फल मिलें।अब

वर्तमान समय में पारदर्शिता का न होना समस्या बना हुआ है, जैसे पीएच . डी में प्रवेश के लिए एग्जाम दिए परिणाम में क्वालिफाइड लिखकर आ गया। इसके पश्चात इंटरव्यू हुआ, इंटरव्यू का क्या आधार था किसी को पता नहीं और प्रोफेसर अपने पहचान और पैसा लेकर मन माना प्रवेश लिए इसलिए विश्वाविद्यालय में प्रत्येक कार्यों में पारदर्शिता होना चाहिए। यदि पारदर्शिता नहीं होगी और लगातार ऐसे मन माना होगा तो लोगों का शिक्षा के प्रति विश्वास उठ जायेगा। और प्राइवेट एडमिशन होगा और सब अपना अपना प्राइवेट कार्य करेंगे असंतोष होगा
