ED is not able to justify to Court about the findings during the raid. It mey be slip while carrying out raid. While doing the raid the IO should make use of body camera about the seized items followed by document preparation. In almost all cases court give bail because of prolong investigation which should be minimised by enhancing Strong Legal team.
Strength of ED Officers also to be increased and the IO should not be transfered unless he briefed the next IO. Cases should be very strong.

विदेश में रहने वाले भारतीय नागरिकों को भारत में इन्वेस्ट करने की छूट दी जाय
अभी के नियम के हिसाब से खेती की भूमि खरीदने के लिए जो भारतीय विदेश में रहते ह उन्हें पहले भारत में ६ महीने रहना जरूरी ह फिर वो ख़रीद सकता ह, ये नियम अव्यवहारिक ह क्योकि अगर कोई ६ महीने विदेश से आकर भारत में रहेगा तो उसकी नौकरी और वीजा दोनों खत्म हो जाएँगे,इसी डर के कारण लोग विदेशों में पैसा सेव करते ह और लास्ट में विदेश में ही सेटल हो जाते ह
अगर ६ महीने वाला नियम हटा दिया जाय तो हर नागरिक विदेशी मुद्रा भारत में भेजेगा

I am from westbengal our education department is too low as compare to others
Please send inspection team in school to check weather the teachers are teaching properly or not speacially in primary section
There are many school in bengak where two or more classes are taken in one room . This is also important that the student are getting mid day meal or not and the main thing teacher are taking classes properly or not. This should be check in primary school to university
