Its okay for CAs to lead but please please please don't forget TAX LAWYERS, give through this budget some recognition to them so that we don't lose them in the future. Give them some powers in Income Tax Act itself to preserve their identity amongst the general public. Nobody is going to them for filing tax returns or tax cases representation. Everyone is looking for a chartered accountant and ignoring tax advocates. My prayer is SAVE TAX LAWYERS

My second suggestion is about the income tax exemption that is it is free if it is 5lacs and I need to pay Rs.13208/- if it is 501000, so what a assessee will do, should he ask his employer to reduce his salary by 2000. Then it is a open secret that people were paying 2000-5000 as taxes voluntarily, now they won't be able to do so, that will hit the Income Tax revenue as well.

To deal with EMPLOYMENT:
More foothpath vendors are helpless as MCs doesn't allow them to do street businesses anymore. Every city should allot a seperate street market area to give a living to poor or lower middle class.
Working hours for all other servicemen in the country should be limited to 6 Hours or 4 Days a week (many countries already applying it) . This will help companies to hire more people in different Shift timings and also increases happiness and mental health among employees.

The suggestions of the Committee on Direct Taxes should be implemented. The investments by the Individuals on Infrastructure fund should be deducted while calculating the Net Income,on pro-rata basis. The Insurance on Bank Deposits should be raised from Rs.1.00 lakh to 10.00 lakh for each and every Bank Account.Agriculture Income of more than Rs.5.00 lakh per year should be included in the Income for Income-Tax,while the loss on Agriculture of the previous year should be deducted from Income-Tax.
