LTCG TAX ON SHARES: Remove Long term Capital Gains Tax on shares to greatly enhance equity/enterpruenership culture in India which presently is in bad shape. This will attract more capital and more business risks and will boost economy. Also Govt would not loose much as tax collection on LTCG is very low. To recover revenue loss, Increase period of short term to 2 year (vs presently 1 year) and charge tax at minimum 15% or applicable slab rate whichever is more. (vs presently fixed @15%)

Earlier I have suggested about DDT and STT. Now LTCG - When this was introduced then Finance Minister Late Arun Jaitley he expected to generate ₹ 20,000Cr. If the actual collection under this head much belo then this can be abolished. Otherwise raise the tax free limit from ₹ 1L to ₹3L. Also the tax an be differed partially like 10% after first year, 5% after second year and Nil after three years.

Dear FM, No Income tax benefit should be given to directors and employees of firms /banks making losses continuously and consecutively for 2 years.. if reported in 3rd consequtive year, any such loss making unit/ business house should be immediately surrendered to government for Audit and safegaurding investments and share holders. This will boost Rotation of jobs and seriousness of making business house profitable.

Ma'am, our goverment tried well in awaring people for Clean India, Education,Safety from accidents and many more by the help of radios ,TVs and social networking etc. I suggest you to improve the facilities for awaring people . Government has to increase the amount of KHEL KOTA by which young stars get a chance of shining though KHELO INDIA program is just like a new hope but if the amount will increased,it becomes like new light of hope.Government also try to improve the facilities for army.

Remove 28% GST slab. Invest in infrastructure for more GST realization, instead of burning common man pocket.
