Apart from creating job opportunities, make transparent work rule like in Europe, USA etc where things are in black and white. Professionals are not squeezed. Today we are taking proud on our IT skills, but on an average IT people have to work more than 12 hours per day which is reducing his life span with many disease like high blood pressure. In place of one person working 12 hours company can hire 1.5 person for the same work and give job to more people.

People who have lived outside for sometime consider India too chaotic for them. Traffic situation is the most in your face chaos. It would not be wrong to call this Road Terrorism

If that can change then it will remove a big visible problem.

Biggest challenge is to create a job worthwhile for the talented person to make sure they don't feel dejected, demoralised.
We need to create research oriented ,innovative environment to give impetus to the growth of budding talent.
Flexibility to choose preferred subject at any stage in education and overhaul of whole education system to pro research & innovation should be done to encourage and guide the children towards better education, better society and system.

Respected PrimeMinister,

My Question is for you , if we earns something then government puts taxes in various form on our income , but the problem is that many people dies with hunger and many people have to sleep with empty stomach. I want to know what government is doing or planning that atleast every body should get 2 times meal.

Regards
