Through sound and innovative policies, how can we achieve both development and a clean environment?
India has vast mountains spread all over the country. If we at least allow the green forests to grow naturally without disturbing them or cutting the trees then I think we will have very thick forests all over the country in few years time. We just need to stop human intervention into this mountain region. At some places the mountains looks like a neatly shaved bald head of a human. We need to stop this and allow nature to take its own care.
India need a strict monitoring and compliance policy for established and upcoming projects as well as predefined project siting guidelines.
For Solar Power In Maharashtra, Govt should promote by giving loan, subsidy, tax benefit to user.
Bharat me tax ko lekar kafi samasya hai,kya koi shahar ya gaon ka nagrik ek per lagayega taki usko nigam ke tax me koi discount miljaye.kya koi tractor ke bajaye janwar se jotai karega taki khad aur beej me koi discount mil jaye.kya koi apne school me per paudha lagayegs taki use practical me achche marks mil jaye.hame yekeen hai aisa hoga.hame chahiye aisi siksha aur school jo hame desh hit me kaam karne ko badhya kare.
it should be kept in mind that development does not lead to make adverse effect on our mother nature. because somewhere development is responsible for the natural calamities that are taking place in our country. For eg. flood in kashmir.as it is known that construction of buildings lead to the decrease in the area of "DAL JHEEL" that cause flood in kashmir.

This Suggestion is for Indian Railways (I couldn't find any specific forum for this So posting here)
It will be a very big step for Indian Railways if they built Bio Gas Plants on or near there Stations because they millions of people use there toilets on Trains and Stations every day. Railway can use the human waist to produce energy by Bio-Gas for there personal as an alternate of LPG and Sell it to GAIL or any authority that will supply to near by population.
Very basic step is to streamline the traffic, I stay in Pune and the road I travel on is full of non-synchronized signals. Due to this we leave from one signal and wait at next one which is barely 400 meters away.
This waiting time has impact on economy because we end up burning fossil fuel plus it leads to traffic jams, multiply that by number of vehicles that pass daily.
Can anyone suggest who is responsible for traffic signal timings so that we can approach and tell them about same.
