establish Public toilets/washrooms for every 25 Km along the State and National Highways . In that toilet areas needs to put recycle bin also. And a small food shop. one side it gives employement another side it gives awareness. there are 2 lakh km of state highways and 1.4 lakh national highways there in india. if u establish a Public toilets with small food shop for every 25 km 12 thousand restrooms are created and it gives employement to 12 thousand families.
