      Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov invites the citizens, especially the youth to participate in the Video Making Contest on Introduction of New Offences in its pursuit to make people more aware of the New Criminal Laws, namely:
      Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita
      Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita
      Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam

      Specifications:
      Duration of video: 2 to 5 minutes
      Format: MP4
      Language: Hindi, English & Regional
      Share the link of your video on MyGov (YT link or Google Drive link with public access)

      These short videos created by the participants will help us generate more awareness among the youth (university/school children) of this country and the winning short videos will be shared with the various stakeholders of the criminal justice system.

      Gratification: The Best entry will receive the Prize Money are as under:-
      1st winner of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only)
      2nd winner of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only)
      3rd winner of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand only)

      मैं निश्चय कुमार पाण्डेय, पिता-स्व. अमरनाथ पाण्डेय, यह शिकायत किसी निजी भूमि विवाद के निस्तारण हेतु नहीं बल्कि सुलतानगंज अंचल, भागलपुर के कर्मचारी, राजस्व अधिकारी (RO) एवं अंचल अधिकारी (CO) द्वारा सरकारी अभिलेखों की जानबूझकर अनदेखी, मेरी वैधानिक आपत्तियों की उपेक्षा, पक्षपातपूर्ण निर्णय प्रक्रिया एवं संभावित भ्रष्टाचार की स्वतंत्र Vigilance जांच हेतु प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूँ। खाता सं.205, खेसरा सं.268 एवं 269, नगर परिषद सुलतानगंज की एक ही भूमि पर मेरा Mutation Case No.1225/2026-27 तथा घनश्याम नाथ पाण्डेय का Mutation Case No.1070/2026-27 लंबित है। वर्ष 2024 के पारिवारिक बंटवारा, 19.12.2025 के सहमतिनामा, मेरे पक्ष में पारित Mutation Case No.698/2025-26 एवं 3073/2025-26, Register-II Update, Correction Slip, दिनांक 22.06.2026 की लिखित एवं 30.06.2026 की ऑनलाइन आपत्ति तथा पूर्व अस्वीकृत Mutation Case No.1094/2021-22, 4150/2021-22 एवं 3907/2023-24 की अनदेखी कर वर्ष 2006 के कथित दस्तावेज के आधार पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है, जबकि वर्ष 2006 में स्व. अमरनाथ पाण्डेय का घर/सहन बिकना असत्य है। Vigilance
