About the Corporate Mitra Scheme

Corporate Mitra is an initiative of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India to build a pool of qualified and trusted para professionals to support MSMEs in their regulatory, financial, accounting and governance-related needs. Government will be facilitating the three Professional Institutes i.e. the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICoAI) in undertaking training and handholding of the candidates opted to become Corporate Mitra. The scheme embodies the vision of a formalized, financially sound, and governance-ready MSME sector — a cornerstone of Viksit Bharat. Corporate Mitras will provide affordable and accessible support in areas such as compliance, GST, accounting, financial guidance, environment and labour related compliance and secretarial services, ensuring that MSMEs can focus on innovation and growth while meeting regulatory requirements with ease.
