We want to highlight one point to your mind that in the name of Affordable Housing Scheme most of the builders are misusing the guidelines & that too the government authorities are aware of all these issues and NOT at all serious taking up these concerns of customer. I have booked a flat at Green Court Sec 90 Gurgaon Haryana & the builder is charging undue charges which is not part of the Affordable policy & also forcing us to take Fit Out possession. We raised our concerns to government authorities however they are supporting the builder and not taking any appropriate action. We would humble request you to take this issue as 1st priority and address as many of the buyers are facing these challenges in some way and don't have option to survive. It is the problem for country and appreciate your interfere on the same.

Respected PM sir, I just want to highlight one of the main issues common public facings. There project listed under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana affordable housing is delayed. We have bought a flat in Green court sector 90 Gurgaon, which is handled by Aster Infrahome Private Limited (Vardaman group of company). The project started in 2015 and has not yet been delivered. Their license has already been cancelled. The matter has already been escalated to DTCP Gurgaon and Hrera but no action has been taken. I request you please take action against such fruad builder.

Stop - Online Fraud through Android Apps There are many apps which are similar/identical name of Govt., Banks, other Financial Institutions. they must be removed. only Authentic Apps which are certified by Govt or Agency Appointed by Govt. Many android apps unnecessary demanding Mobile data access (alike Contact, SMS, Call History, Location etc). Even not clear of Ownership. Need Sanatizaion of Google Play Store.

All Builder lobby is suppoted by goverment official have power but pity buyers are paying EMI and debted but still no hope of legal possesion

Sir as we are developing in all fields i want u to speed up the development in the education system not only cbse and icse but also the state board of education . And give little importance on road safety even for cyclers

Ro and ddm alipurduar is not active and not interesed for said Movement. our fpc of north Bengal district Alipurduar sumitted 12 nos BDA but nabard have no sanction. for this result fpc will be keen fpc.so need more and more support. fpc suffering from financial crisis for the neglect of nabard. .central govt interested but fpc help less by national bank for Agriculture and rural development. presently need fpc grant and loan. so please take care for loan and grant. 500 hundred and 1000 member per fpc. Large nos farmers involved in said Programme. so thank to farmers and thanks to board of director of fpc.but nabard support is very poor. but ddm Alipurduar is not active or interested. but central government is active with funding. so thanks to govt of india and prkme minister of india.so
