Schools standards, School assessment and School Management systems

There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, including scholastic and co-scholastic domains, physical infrastructure, faculty management, school leadership, learning outcomes and satisfaction of pupils and their parents/ guardians. Better governance structures in schools striking a balance between mandating and persuading, training of district and block-level education officers as well as head teachers for better management practices, on using data to better monitor and support school performance, and to mobilise community resources and efforts to improve school performance. What are the current experiences and how can these be bettered to achieve tangible results?

the prevailing grading system where in a student is not failed till tenth standard is going to produce a army of educated UNEDUCATED youth. we must show the real image to a student based upon his performance in academic. Failure is a means to introspect and take up challenge in life. so my submission is to revert back to our grading system in our schools and let a child fail if he does not work hard in academics.

इस एक संसार को बनाने वाला एक, हम सब मानव शरीर मूल रुप से एक, जैसे ३२ दांत २०६ हड्डी, हम सब को बनाने वाला एक, तो इतने धर्म कैसे, ये भेदभाव कैसा | यह भेदभाव हि दंगा फसाद क मूल, वह खुद गाड भगवान एक हि है | वास्तव मे उसकी सच्ची जानकारी हि धर्म है | धर्म एक था, है, और रहेगा, सत्य एक था, है, और रहेगा | धर्म के ना होने क मतलब अधर्मी समाज | कृपया इन शब्दो पर थोडा तो मनन चिन्तन करे | हमे यहाँ भेजने वाले ने हमे जहाँ जिस घर मे जैसे भेजा है यहाँ आने का किस घर मे कौन माता पिता इसका चुनाव तो हमने नही किया ना

अध्यात्म सामान्य मानव से महामानव या महापुरुष या दिव्य पुरुष बनाने वाला एक योग या साधना से सम्बन्धित विस्तृत क्रियात्मक एवं अनुभूतिपरक आध्यात्मिक जानकारी है

क्या ही अफसोस की बात है कि देश व दुनियां वाले दूषित मनुष्य से निर्मल एवं स्वच्छ तथा परिष्कृत मानव बनाने व निकालने वाली मानवता के इस अदभुत एवं इतने बड़े उपयोगी स्वाध्याय वाले कारखाने को खोलने-खोलवाने तथा चलने-चलाने की आवश्यकता ही महशूस नहीं करते; और दूषित भाव-विचार-व्यवहार-कर्म वाले मनुष्य से युक्त दूषित मानव समाज बन-बना कर दम घूँट-घूँट कर किसी-किसी तरह एक-एक दिन व्यतीत कर रहे है और मनुष्य समाज को अराजक बना-बनाकर चारों तरफ अत्याचार-भ्रष्टाचार एवं आतंक का राज स्थापित किये-कराये हुये हैं ।

मानवता स्थापित करने वाले इस स्वाध्याय रूप अदभुत कारखाने को भी बन्द कर करवा दिये हैं तथा यह निकम्मी एवं भ्रष्ट सरकारें भी (विश्व की ही) इस स्वाध्याय रूप अदभुत कारखाने को प्रायः हर पाठशाला एवं विद्यालयों तक में भी खोल-खुलवा कर सबके लिये अनिवार्य नहीं कर करवा रही है।

विद्या का क्षेत्र सदा ही नीच-ऊँच, गरीब-अमीर, लिंग-जाति-वर्ग- सम्प्रदाय आदि भेद मूलक दूषित विधान से सर्वथा रहित और ऊपर सद्भाव, सद्विचार, सद्व्यवहार और सत्कार्यरूप विधानों से युक्त होना चाहिये ।

समाज में सबसे अधिक महत्त्व एवं साधन सुविधायें, यदि किसी को दिया जाता है तो उसमें सबसे प्रमुख एवं सबसे अधिक हमारे गुरुजन बन्धुओं को ही मिलनी चाहिये ताकि उनका मस्तिष्क सदा ही निश्चिन्तता पूर्वक अध्यापन में ही लगा रहे । अध्ययन-अध्यापन का कार्य ऐसे गुरुजन बन्धुओं को सौपना चाहिए जो झूठ-बेइमानी-चोरी-छल-कपट आसक्ति-ममता-स्वार्थ से परे हों अथवा इन्हें हर हालत में छोड़कर ईमान-सच्चाई-संयम-सेवा को धारण कर चुके हो|
