MyGov Talk with Shri Prakash Javadekar on VISAKA- Vittiya Saksharta Abhiyan (Digital Financial Literacy Campaign)

As we shift from a cash-dependent to a cashless economy, we look forward to better social equity, availability of more resources for development work through higher revenue collection, eradication of counterfeit currency, a reduction in illegal transactions and a curb on black money.
The purpose of the `Vittiya Saksharta Abhiyan’ is to actively engage the youth/ students of Higher Education Institutions to encourage and motivate all payers and payees to use a digitally enabled cashless economic system for transfer of funds. Ministry of Human Resource Development views the institutions of higher education in the country, faculty members and students to take the lead and act as engines of this transformational shift. The Ministry aims to involve students, faculty members as volunteers to provide hands-on training to vendors, shopkeepers and other staff in their campuses and nearby communities.

Hon. Minister for Human Resource Development, Shri Prakash Javadekar will share his thoughts and vision on VISAKA in a LIVE Talk on 23rd December 2016 from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Get involved in VISAKA by asking your questions and sharing your ideas and suggestions to take this campaign forward.

Lot of talking about Online transaction but i have lost my money many time by online transaction. Bank is not given response. There is no police complaint against bank and other. Modi Govt. doing everything ok but now struct because of online transaction. there is not secure. Thanks Modi Sarkar Please call me back my number 8107772155

I would like to share my idea on this topic which will lead my country to a developed nation from a developing nation. Sir, The seminars and other such things should be organized in the schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions as well as other organizations which are headed by Ministry Of HRD. This will lead the students and others to know the benefits of cashless economy. It should be mandatory. And the proof regarding same has to be submitted to Ministry Of HRD.

महोदय ग्रामीण इलाको मे अभी भी बैक साखाओ की बहुत कमी है इसी लिए बैको मे भीड भाड भी अधिक रहती है । मेरा सुझाव है कि हर 10 km मे एक बैक साखा खोलनी चाहिए जिससे लोगो को बैकिग करने मे सुविधा हो।

माननीय मंत्री महोदय आपने सतना जिले के रामपुर बाघेलान के सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर के भवन निर्माण के लिए जो राशि प्रदान किये थे उसके लिए विद्यालय परिवार आपका बहुत बहुत आभारी है।

माननीय मंत्री महोदय डिजिटल पेमेन्ट को बढावा देने के लिए सभी विश्वविद्यालयो एवं कालेजो मे सभी तरह की फीस डिजिटल माध्यम से भुगतान करने का विकल्प दुरंत देना चाहिए। हमारे रीवा मे apsu मे अभी भी dd के माध्यम से फीस ली जाती है।

Crop Insurance payment and any subsidy or payment made to farmers should be made via Govt. unified RuPay debit card only. The farmer should not withdraw the amount, can only be spent on food, clothing, seeds, fertilizer, travelling, etc.

अतः महोदय यह कार्य जितनी जल्दी हो सके उतना देश के हित मे होगा तथा एक ईमानदार करदाता अपने आप को ठगा हुआ सा महसूस नही करेगा.जब श्री अटल जी प्रधान मंत्री थे तब से मेरे मन मे ये विचार था कि हर आदमी का एक नंबर होना चाहिए जो उसके जन्म के बक्त ही उसे मिल जाये और ये नंबर पिन का एक्सटेंशन होना चाहिए जिससे व्यक्ति के पैदा होने का स्थान भी पता चल जाये. इससे शरणार्थियों कि समस्या का भी कुछ हद तक समाधान हो जायेगा. यह नंबर हर जगह अनिवार्य होना चाहिए आदमी के "जन्म से लेकर मरण तक"
