MyGov Talk with Prof. Ashutosh Sharma on Science and Technology for Harnessing Innovations (SATHI)

The Ministry of Science and Technology, headed by Dr. Harsh Vardhan is implementing a communications campaign against the backdrop of new initiatives being launched by them under the Startup India Action Plan called “Science and Technology for Harnessing Innovations” The program aims to accelerate ideas to commercialized products or services. In view of the present focus in the country to translate the research taking place in its academic and research institutions into socially useful products and processes and give a boost to entrepreneurship as well as to encourage innovators into establishing start-ups, the Government has launched several initiatives such as Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Self Employment and Talent Utilization (SETU), Start-up India, Stand-up India etc. Towards these initiatives, the Departments of Science and Technology, Biotechnology and Scientific and Industrial Research under the Ministry of Science and Technology are having a variety of schemes and programmes that nurture and foster innovation and promote and support incubators and start-ups.

The Ministry is channelizing its resources to help connect various stages of a sustainable development cycle of a startup. More than 3000 innovators, SMEs and startups have been promoted.

In this regards, the Ministry would like to highlight successful and promising initiatives taken up by each the three departments under the ministry i.e. Department of Science & Technology (DST), Department of Biotechnology (DBT) and Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR).

The ministry is organising three MyGov Talks featuring the secretaries of the three departments respectively. The second Talk is scheduled with Prof. Ashutosh Sharma, Secretary - Department of Science and Technology on 19th August 2016 at 11AM. Citizens are invited to post their questions and ideas for the Talk

The Department of Science and Technology (DST) is gearing itself to a bigger role and responsibility to align itself with key Nation Building initiatives. In line with the Startup India Action Plan, DST has recently carved out an ambitious initiative “National Initiative for Developing and Harnessing Innovations” (NIDHI) to connect various links of idea to prototype to incubation to market value chain leading to a sustainable startup ecosystem.It has also partnered with MHRD to set up StartupCenters, Incubators and Research Parks in several National Institutions of importance.The DST also plans to help scale up Innovative Start ups and Companies through funding via bodies such as the Technology Development Board.

ONLY ONE BANK OF INDIA(kuber) - We can merge all government, public and private bank to make a WORLD BIGGEST BANK. In this way we can ,not only observe all accounts correctly ,but also decrease paper-time waste. In the same way we can merge all firms of same types and make a new BIGGEST FIRM of automobiles,constructions,productions, thermal powers, steels etc.

.NATIONAL LANGUAGE- We should also concentrate on our NATIONAL LANGUAGE hindi. We have adopted English language during BRITISH RAJ. But now India is with his own government and own culture. We can only developed our nation fully with HINDI or SANSKRIT LANGUAGE. All other nations with are developed are doing their national work in NATIONAL LANGUAGE only. In India their absolutely no use of ENGLISH LANGUAGE, because only 1% people fully understand ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

JOB for EVERY HAND AND EVERY MAN, whether somebodyis illiterate or educated. If he want to do job GOVERENMENT will definitely give him job. Not only job ,you should fix minimum salary criteria for all JOBS.In this present time main cause of corruption is only JOBLESS and JOBLESS,because Everybody is ready to do CRIME,just for few RUPPES .As Education is compulsory upto14 years old children ,in the same way GIVEN JOB must be compulsory by GOVERENMENT.It seems very difficult ,but it is very easy.

GOVERNMENT can construct or use post office buildings as a HOME HELP(GRAH-SEVA) centre for every 100 homes & houses in Every town as well as in villages . Where some government bodies are always ready to help people, by all means. HOME-HELP(GRAH-SEVA) centre should have all facility like POST,RAILWAY TICKETS,BANKING,RATION,COMPLAINT,SHOPING,LPG,ELECTRICIY BILL ETC. in a same centre. Then it will be more convenient & Reliable for people and also for government, Because government can

Dear Professor Sharma...Diabliss has commercialised a complete gamut of foods based low glycemic index nutrition through use of insulin mimicking molecules extracted from Indian herbs & spices using a 100% aqueous route. This is from Siddha tradition and has far reaching implications for diabetics, pre-diabetics, people with CVD and obese. These clinically tested products which are from our ancient traditions need government support as we foresee major applications in nutrition & pharma.

I submitted 2 innovations (1) Ist to MoFPI/DST - Novel technique to extract and purify the edible oil using greener and renewable solvent.It also generates biodiesel as byproduct.It was rejected by DST whereas Andhra Pradesh Tirupati Accelerator accepted it. Companies from China requesting me to provide this latest technology.(2) 2nd Innovation related to utilization of rice husk ash was sent to MoEF,they simply forwarded it to Punjab Govt. Is DST really serious about promotion of innovations?

Sir, I like to draw your attention regarding technology development on speed of train with a little modifications in track and train can be achieved. I have an concept like to share it with the technical team to implement the concept in reality.

Where are the protesters who are attacking the Army and Welcoming the Enemy & carrying out protest along with the Most Wanted Criminals on International level. There are Muslims who want to stay in Peace but their own people are not letting that happen.

Sir My Suggestion for renewable Energy. In the E- Rickshaw We can add the solar Panel for recharging the Batteries of E-Rickshaw so that Efficiency of the E-Rickshaw can be increases.
