Dear Sir , we as a nation could look into the promotion of biofule as this would help us generate cheap electricity from our sewage with fertilizers for our fields as a byproduct
the complete details are as follows

The government should devise a series of simple HUMAN POWERED GENERATOR and peripheral devices like MICROWAVES, INDUCTION, INFRARED COOKERS running on these generators! (1) It will save precious wood, jungles, kerosene etc. (2) It will cut the emissions (India can also claim CARBON CREDITS for it). (3) It will enhance MAKE IN INDIA opportunities & rural employment opportunities. (4) It will lead to savings for poor also. NGOs, donations will easily flood for sponsoring these noble initiatives

Dear Honorable Minister, Indian are largely vegetarian. Even the milk consumption of Indians are also not comparable to developed nations which are emitting huge amount of green house gases. If you look at the per ca-pita meat consumption and milk consumption data of the developed nations, it would be 50 times higher in the developed countries. My point here is, India (Indians) is not emitting green house gases like the developed nations. That is largely due to the vegetarian diet.Emphasize

Dear Sir , we could promote the concept of rooftop gardens and green roofs throughout the country as this would help clean up pollution in even the most populated cities where it would be difficult to find spaces to plant more trees,
the basic outline and benefits are as follows in the links

Sir,
I welcome you for a small step taken by Our Govt. but that matter when it will work on practical ground .i.e Installing Solar Panel ,make it mandatory for all .Govt should give 50% subsidy to APL group and provide free panel to BPL family , no subsidy to corporate and there should be a rule that 50% of there electricity should consumed for natural source such as Solar Panel,Gas Plant .So that in your office you will forced to switch off Air condition(AC), which reduce green gas emmision

Dear Sir,
Climate change can only be done by planting more trees.
So, first stop providing agriculture lands to the industrial use.
Here I don't say to stop industrial growth.

#Climate Change: Respected Minister Sir, What is the impact of burden of population on environment? As with more population the basic services such as housing and other essential infrastructure projects to cater to the needs of the the large population will be more and may also result in felling of trees or destruction of forests. What importance does India accord to population control as a part of its Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC) as a part of climate change strategy.
