Sir @rsprasad, congratulation for very soon starting of Indian Post Payment Bank. I would like to suggest regarding digitization of Certificates. Although it has been done or being done by States but it is not fully fleshed. Applications for online certificates should also be online which may require Digital Signature or OTP authorization. Need not to send physical documents which takes time, money, tracking and definitely loads of papers which is not environment friendly #TransformingIndia.

Sir, We saw there was lot of road work going in village & rural area, but after a few week it damaged due to bad quality work. If Govt will engage some personnel secretly to investigate the road & transportation, it will be better for developing Transportation & Road.
