MyGov is organising a series of Talks on #TransformingIndia with Union Ministers to share the impact of various government initiatives across sectors. The fifth Talk will be held with Union Minister of State Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Independent Charge) & Parliamentary Affairs, Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy, on 31st May 2016 at 3PM.

Can we implement solar farming aggressively bcoz India have lot of potential to produce electricity from farm. Specially MARATHWADA region get 330 days fresh sunlight in a year. First of all we sort out these areas where that kind of sunlight is available. Then we can implement this farming using PPP model.

Can you update on progress being made on Sonepur and Garkha railway workshop units? Why there is no allocation made in budget to expedite these projects? what is happening to infrastructure in your constituency, especially the national highways, irrigation canals and tourism infra. why cannot you work on having a quality engineering college and a medical college in Saran Region. Saran needs a person who can champion its cause.

Like to know three things. What is the status of National Skill Development University promised in Bihar Package. Also, why do you not think a need to pursue Aarah- Chhapara Railway Bridge over the Gangase to connect the two Bhojpuri parts of Bihar. Also, why Patna-Chhpara-Siwan-Gopalganj-Betiya Gas Pipe Line spur has been dropped though Mr R S Pandey as Petroleum secretary had got it included it in original plan.

sir why don`t we make organic fertilizers why don`t we do the larger projects and development like solutions to greater problem like drought we can use desalination water i am thinking of it from many days. we can do but whats the difference that other countries research on problems and our don`t.
