दत्तक-ग्रहण जागरूकता माह 2026 के अंतर्गत, महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के केंद्रीय दत्तक ग्रहण संसाधन प्राधिकरण (CARA) द्वारा MyGov India के सहयोग से “पोस्टर निर्माण प्रतियोगिता” का आयोजन किया गया है, जिसका उद्देश्य “माता-पिता बनने का कोई शॉर्टकट नहीं — केवल कानूनी दत्तक ग्रहण” विषय पर जागरूकता बढ़ाना है।

किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल एवं संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 (2021 में संशोधित) के अंतर्गत एक सुदृढ़ कानूनी ढांचा होने के बावजूद, प्रत्यक्ष एवं अवैध दत्तक ग्रहण के मामले अब भी सामने आते हैं—जो प्रायः निम्न माध्यमों से होते हैं:
1.अस्पताल एवं नर्सिंग होम
2. अपंजीकृत बाल देखभाल व्यवस्थाएं
3. बिचौलिए, एजेंट या ऑनलाइन/सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म
4. सड़क किनारे परित्याग के बाद अनौपचारिक अभिरक्षा

ऐसी प्रथाएं बच्चों के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करती हैं, सुरक्षा उपायों को दरकिनार करती हैं, और बच्चों तथा परिवारों को कानूनी, नैतिक एवं सुरक्षा संबंधी जोखिमों के प्रति संवेदनशील बनाती हैं।

यह अभियान अवैध दत्तक ग्रहण प्रथाओं के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने, उन्हें रोकने, पहचानने और हतोत्साहित करने के साथ-साथ मिशन वात्सल्य पोर्टल के माध्यम से कानूनी दत्तक ग्रहण को एकमात्र वैध मार्ग के रूप में बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास है।

मूल्यांकन मानदंड:
प्रस्तुतियों का मूल्यांकन निम्नलिखित आधारों पर किया जाएगा:
1. मौलिकता एवं रचनात्मकता – विचार की नवीनता और संदेश की अभिनव प्रस्तुति
2. स्पष्टता एवं सरलता – संदेश की सहज समझ और प्रभावी दृश्य प्रस्तुति
3. प्रासंगिकता एवं प्रभाव – दर्शकों से जुड़ाव और जागरूकता उत्पन्न करने की क्षमता
4. विषय के साथ अनुरूपता – “No Shortcuts to Parenthood — Only Legal Adoption” विषय के साथ सामंजस्य

पुरस्कार:
शीर्ष 15 प्रतिभागियों को प्रत्येक ₹3,000 का पुरस्कार प्रदान किया जाएगा।
