The shopping cart and diverse human figures symbolise consumers and their rights, while the surrounding icons represent transparency, fairness, awareness, responsible trade and accountability. The saffron, white and green accents reflect India, and the Ashoka Chakra-inspired motif represents justice, progress and national identity. The motto “सत्यं न्यायः ग्राहकहितम्” expresses the core principle of truth, justice and consumer welfare.
