Government should give a thrust to speech to text conversion software or technology which can help persons with hearing disability communicate with other people. For this, government may fund research projects. There are some software available today but they are not that effective. Also, TV channels should have subtitles feature to enable persons with hearing disability to view programmes.

There are a lot of products, devices available in various countries for specially-abled people, now this is the time to bring the technology and material to produce the products in India itself , this will generate the employment and low price devices for specially abled people, affordable to every one, some companies from other countries are dealing in high tech. prosthetic in India but their cost is very high and out of reach of a common man, so technology driven production units are required.

I heard that in europe and america and some other countries if some body gets accident and lost any part amputation of body then the govt. takes the responsibility to assist for prosthetic, but India i don't say the govt. should take the responsibility at least the Insurance company should be liable to pay for prosthetic.where as the process of claiming for accidental expenses is so difficult that one can not complete it with out help of a English known man, this should be easy and fast

Recently in an accident i have lost my both legs after this i found in India i can not get the financial assistance from LIC OF INDIA as i hold so many policies but the lic of India does not give the amount of prosthetic as the agent and officer told me if a person get disabled due to an accident that should be assisted financially to have high tech. prosthetic so as to move as normal as that can. There are a lot of advancement and high tech. instrument has been introduced in many countries

Awareness about specially able people is to be created.they need a friendship and not mere sympathy! govt must fix the fees for private spl schools so as to help them get education.flash cards, reading material n computer education will do gud for them.spl kids r mostly good at arts n handling computers ,it is our duty to excel them in their field of interest.i am a sibling of spl kid and i hav pointed watever came to mind but there is still more to be done!

Blind students are no more dependent on others in daily work. They are even getting education opportunities to build their life. But 1 thing for which they have to be dependent is getting a writer for exam!
It is difficult to get a writer everytime for exam. Missing even a single paper can ruin their life and give them a feeling of dependency on others when it is not their mistake!
My solution is to design web-system for providing exam writers to blind students! For details:

It s a biggest necessary to give an identity card to all the specially abled people at the national level which can be used to avail all kinds of govt facilities. All buildings (commercial as well as educational institutes) should be constructed with amenities for them. And please give the automobiles to the specially abled persons at half the price for one vehicle at a time(only having DL and using personally). Give home loans to us at 5%. And please give us all facilities without hassles.
