हिमाचल में अरबी के पत्तों के पत्रोरु बनाए जाते हैं। अरबी के बड़े बड़े पत्तो पर चने की दाल और चावल को पीस कर लगाया जाता है और फिर इस को पत्तों के अंदर भर कर गोल किया जाता है ओर फिर कुकर में इसे पकाया जाता है ये एक स्वादिष्ट और स्वास्थवर्धक व्यंजन होता है।

The dish name is BASSARU. It's a dish from Karnataka.
Basically it is made from stock of any boiled leafy vegetable. Masala is prepared from coconut, onion and other spices. This Masala is mixed with the stock and brought to boil.
