On international yoga day our Dance Academy ConfiDance Academy where we educate people in dance fitness and yoga, we kept free session of YOGA to spread this Chain started by PM sir, Our Mam Marshenil Mitra certified yoga instructor took our Stress relief, backache relief, And Focus Management YOGA theme, all students loved and relaxed and connected with YOGA, we usually do YOGA after dance class but today we devoted only for YOGA.yes we wil spread the knowledge of YOGA DANCE AND FITNESS.
आज विश्व योग दिवस पर हमारी गैर सरकारी सामाजिक संस्था पीपल सोशल वेलफेयर सोसाइटी ने सुबह 6 बजे इटावा उत्तरप्रदेश में योग कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया और लोगो को योग के विषय मे बताया उन्हें योग के माध्यम से अपनी बीमारियों को दूर करके की जानकारी दी और योग करना सिखाया उसके पश्चात पास के स्कूल में भी कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया ... लोगो को बताया कि सुबह 15 मिनट अपनी सेहत को दो और डॉक्टर और दवाइयों के खर्चे से अपने आप को बचाओ। योग करे निरोग।
10 हज़ार पाँच सौ फीट की ऊंचाई पर जम्मू कश्मीर में भदरवाह चंबा मार्ग पर पदरी टॉप पर ठंडी हवाओं के बीच अपने पुत्र के साथ योग किया ... खेद कि तीसरी पीढ़ी दुनियाँ में नहीं.......
