Sir,
Being an advocate, I have the first hand experience of the functioning of courts through virtual system. These are few of the pointers which may be considered:
1. Establishing a better network (private network like Jio and Airtel in place of BSNL as in place in Kolkata)
2. Documents in all existing matters, old and new should be digitised.
3. A better platform should be opted for by the Courts like Cisco-Webex instead of GoogleMeet.
4. Virtual courts should be promoted to implement it.
Excellent initiative by out Govt. It will give faster disposal of pending cases. Also reduce traffic in the cities as well as time and transportation cost

1) Simplifying Procedures: Several repetitive and routine processes designed in a predigital era can be eliminated or simplified by taking advantage of digital technology to
improve efficiency. Technology can also play a more transformative role by enabling
users to perform tasks or deliver certain services that would not have been previously
possible. High Courts must prioritize process re-engineering exercises to redesign
processes to reduce cost
The Interlinking of all courts across the country. ICT enablement of the Indian judicial system. Enhancing judicial productivity. Making the justice delivery system accessible, cost-effective, transparent, and accountable.
